This will allow the simultaneous capture and processing of data from a considerable number of wind turbines thus the creation of a BAMS network. This network of transducers can operate autonomously and is able to acquire the acoustic signals emitted by the blades of the wind turbines. All the acquired data will be transmitted to the cloud, processed securely, and analyzed using machine learning algorithms so that the sensors are able to learn from each other (improved calibration, noise suppression, etc.), and to improve and obtain better metrics while optimizing the failure prediction on the blades of the wind turbine. In this way, the last objective is to be able to optimize the energy production (OPEX and LCOE) of wind turbines thus the prediction and detection of failures in the blades and extending their useful life.
